Eu asi zice aici " PRACTIC" si nu teoretic, pt. ca din pacate intr-o astfel de situatie, in care asiguratorul in " sublimitatea " lui lipseste cu desavarsire, pagubitul este "practic" in imposibilitatea palpabila de a nu avea carei societati de asigurare sa se adreseze.
